With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Shae brings a wealth of expertise both on-site and within office operations. As Director of iTrafic, she manages Accounts Payable and Receivable on a national level and has in-depth knowledge of multiple construction EBAs and Award Agreements across Australia.

In addition to her leadership role, Shae is a fully qualified and registered nurse. She plays a key part in overseeing the health, safety, and wellbeing of the entire iTrafic team. Shae leads the development of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) plans, which are integrated into our staff training programs to support a safe and thriving workforce

Wayne serves as the General Manager of iTrafic Traffic Management & Labour Hire, bringing with him a strong background in construction and senior executive leadership. He is a qualified Traffic Management Designer and Planner, and a Department of Transport-certified Road Safety Auditor.

With a foundation in engineering, Wayne collaborates closely with clients to deliver tailored traffic management solutions. His extensive experience spans major projects, utility providers, civil contractors, and both state and local road authorities, ensuring exceptional results on every project.

Angela is a vital member of the iTrafic leadership team, offering extensive experience in finance, accounting, compliance, and payroll. Highly proficient in tender submissions, cost evaluations, and quotations, she plays a strategic role in business development and financial operations.

Angela is passionate about fostering strong B2B relationships through financial integrity, insightful analytics, and a dedication to performance. Her financial expertise ensures iTrafic maintains a solid foundation for sustainable growth and trusted partnerships.

Stephen leads our operations with over eight years of management experience in the Road Services industry. His expertise spans both labour hire and traffic management, having supplied staff and overseen operations on major infrastructure projects throughout Victoria.

He is also a Department of Transport-certified Road Safety Auditor, ensuring all services delivered meet rigorous safety standards and client expectations.

Erin brings over seven years of experience in the construction and traffic management sector. Starting her career as a Traffic Controller on major rail and freeway projects, she has progressed into operational and planning leadership roles across the industry.

She is passionate about customer service, staff training, development, and compliance. Erin’s leadership style focuses on empowering team members to grow their skills and improve performance. She excels in building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies through her effective time management and management capabilities.

With more than 11 years of hands-on experience in traffic management, Kayden excels in both field operations and advanced planning roles. A fully qualified Traffic Management Designer, he is known for his precision and attention to detail.

Kayden specializes in creating high-quality Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) for a variety of scenarios, from standard plans to complex freeway shutdowns and swept path analyses. His expertise ensures our plans meet the highest industry standards and client needs.

Ali brings a strong engineering mindset and over five years of practical experience in civil infrastructure and traffic solutions to the iTrafic team. With a background spanning detailed design, project delivery, and on-site implementation, he plays a pivotal role in creating safe, efficient, and regulatory-compliant traffic management outcomes.

His hands-on expertise covers a wide range of projects—from new development areas and active transport routes to road resurfacing and complex, large-scale traffic plans. Known for his precision and proactive approach, Ali excels in aligning technical requirements with real-world site conditions.

At iTrafic, he leads the technical aspects of planning and delivery, working across design reviews, stakeholder coordination, procurement, and site supervision—always with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and quality assurance.

Stacey brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Field Compliance Manager at iTrafic, backed by years of hands-on experience in traffic management, safety operations, and regulatory compliance. Her background includes working across traffic planning and design, site supervision, and high-risk work environments—making her a vital part of our operational success.

With previous experience as a Rail Track Safety Officer, Stacey is well-versed in safety protocols and risk mitigation in both traffic and rail environments. At iTrafic, she is responsible for field audits, compliance checks, and ensuring all on-site activities meet industry standards and legislative requirements.

Stacey’s proactive approach to safety, combined with her deep understanding of traffic operations, supports our ongoing commitment to excellence, accountability, and the wellbeing of every team member and road user.

Nadine is a key member of the iTrafic finance team, responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable. With strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, she ensures timely invoicing, accurate reconciliations, and smooth financial transactions across the business.

Her friendly and professional manner supports positive relationships with clients and internal teams alike, contributing to the efficient financial operations that keep iTrafic moving forward.
